Very rarely an ICO will have an issue requiring it to be reset to factory settings. This is easy to do on the stage if needed.

For a MAX-2: Press and hold the UP and DOWN buttons for 20 seconds

For a MAX-G: Press and hold the CENTRE button for 20 seconds
